Breakfast Recipes: Nectarine + Avocado Toastie

Ingredients
  1. 2 small sourdough bread (or plain bread of choice).
  2. 1 ripe avocado.
  3. 1/2 ripe nectarine.
  4. 1/2 lime (enough for a good squeeze of lime juice).
  5. 60 ml crumbled feta (or vegan feta: try homemade almond feta or store-bought tofu/ nut-based).
  6. 1/2- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds.
  7. 1-2 pinch dried chilli flakes.
  8. 1-2 tablespoon slivered almonds.
  9. Salt and pepper to taste (optional).
  10. Unsweetened lingonberry powder* (optional).
  11. Olive oil to drizzle over.
